We aim to ship plants in the UK within 1-2 business days but there may be delays during large restocks. Plants will be shipped with 24 hour delivery to reduce shipping time and mitigate the risk of damaging and stressing the plants. We only dispatch plants Monday-Thursday to avoid plants getting stuck in the post over the weekend.
We package our plants with the utmost care and use reliable courier services to reduce stress and damage. Nonetheless, due to the fragile nature of living plants, some minor stress and leaf damage may occur. This is sometimes inevitable but if your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, please email a description of the issue and photos of the plant to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you and provide a refund.
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photos and a description of the issue within 10 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns for normal shipping damage such as minor creases in the leaves, slight drooping from shipping shock, minor yellowing or loss of a small amount of foliage since this may occur due to courier mishandling and the plant can recover quickly. However, if your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, we will be happy to replace or refund it.
You may return the plant to us within 10 days of receipt provided the plant has not been removed from the original pot or medium, nor cut or modified in any way. The plant must be returned in the original pot and substrate for a full refund. Failure to adhere to this will void our guarantee.
