We aim to provide great customer service and are happy to assist you with your order. If your plant arrives in bad condition you may be able to claim a refund or replacement. We do not accept returns for normal shipping damage such as minor creases in the leaves, slight drooping from shipping shock, minor yellowing or loss of a small amount of foliage since this may occur due to courier mishandling and the plant can recover quickly. However, if your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, we will be happy to replace or refund it.
You may return the plant to us within 10 days of receipt provided the plant has not been removed from the original pot or medium, nor cut or modified in any way. The plant must be returned in the original pot and substrate for a full refund. Failure to adhere to this will void our guarantee.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
